Frequently asked

Questions pastors ask

How is this different from a Kindle Unlimited subscription?
Kindle Unlimited is personal — one family per subscription. The Church License is designed for a whole church ministry. One pastor pays, up to 30 (Starter) or unlimited (Parish) families receive the material through their church, with your church name on the materials.
Can we distribute the PDFs to our families digitally?
Yes — within your parish/congregation. Each PDF is watermarked "Licensed to [Your Church Name]" to encourage internal honoring. Public redistribution outside your congregation is not permitted. The license is designed to make it easy to serve your families while respecting authorship.
What exactly do we receive on day one?
An email within minutes with: (1) PDF of Advent 2026 Devotional in your chosen language, (2) Access instructions for your full catalog library, (3) Pastor's companion guide, (4) Church bulletin templates. New seasonal releases arrive automatically to the same email throughout the year.
Does the license auto-renew?
No. One-time payment, valid for 12 months. We'll send you a reminder email 60 days before expiration if you'd like to renew. Zero surprise charges.
Can we try a sample before purchasing?
Absolutely. Email editorial@godslittlesprout.com with your church name and we'll send a free review PDF of the Advent 2026 devotional, no commitment.
Can we upgrade from Starter to Unlimited later?
Yes. Email us within your 12-month window and pay the difference ($200) to upgrade. No refunds on the original license, just a credit.
What if a new seasonal release never comes?
Fair question. Our 2027 roadmap includes Lent (March), Easter (April), VBS (July), Thanksgiving (November), and Advent 2027. If we miss a planned release, we'll extend your license at no cost. Our catalog has grown every month since launch — our record is to overdeliver.
